NETA Drives Network Expansion with Service Centres in Thailand

NETA sets ambitious goal to establish 50 showrooms with service centres in Thailand within this year.

Bangkok – May 19, 2023: Neta Auto (Thailand) Co., Ltd. continues its network expansion plan by establishing 50 standard service centers in all regions across the country to support growing customer base with the delivery goal of 10,000 units this year.

NETA marked its official global debut in Thailand last year and has rapidly gained popularity and acceptance among Thai consumers with over 3,000 bookings for the NETA V 100% Electric City Car in April. NETA also plans to accelerate distribution channel and elevate customer service via one-stop showrooms and service centres, to support the delivery goal of 10,000 units within this year.

Mr. Bao Zhuangfei, General Manager, NETA Auto (Thailand) Co., Ltd., said, “In addition to building electric vehicles that is accessible for all, NETA focuses on providing unmatched customer care and service as they are key factors of consumer confidence. Currently, NETA has 27 official showrooms with service centers in Bangkok and its vicinity, as well as major cities across all regions in Thailand. In order to accommodate the fast-growing electric vehicle market in the country, we have revised our showroom and service center expansion plan from the initial target of 30 to 50 locations within this year. This expansion aims to deliver an unmatched driving experience for electric vehicles and provide Thai people with greater convenience access to NETA's innovative electric vehicle technologies. Recently, we have concluded a strategic partnership with Sensu International (Thailand) Company Limited, who had joined us in this mutual growth plan by launching NETA Srinakarin-Si Iam showroom and service center, which has skilled workforce and is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment under one-stop facility.”
